Added a new second floor to include a master suite,guest room and office. This petite bungalow was in serious need of more space and a facelift,both inside and out. By replacing the existing second floor, we were able to add a master suite, guest room and office that matched our client’s dreams and budget. Creative design work assisted in minimizing the cost of some challenging conditions.

  • New second floor with significant additional square footage
  • Large master suite with shower and Jacuzzi tub
