Two Family Conversion

This projects was a two phase conversion of a two family back to a single family home. During Phase I the clients lived in the second floor unit as the floor plan was changed and a new bathroom and kitchen were completed. Phase II was completed with the clients living on the first floor while the bedrooms and bathrooms and master suite were remodeled.
Improvements included:
- Conversion of two family to single family home
- Complete renovation of existing kitchen
- Addition of 3/4 bath on first floor
- Master suite renovation
- New common bathroom
- Installation of new heating / cooling system for entire home
