Phone Interview:
During our first call we discuss your project and determine if we can meet your timing, budget and project requirements. If appropriate, we arrange a time for an Initial Project Consultation at your home.
Initial Project Consultation:
During this first appointment we:
- Discuss project priorities
- Confirm budget ranges
- Perform a preliminary site inspection
- Determine if design services are required
The outcome of this meeting is usually one of the following:
- We move forward with design services
- PEGASUS prepares a Construction Quotation
- You revisit and further define the requirements for your project
